Our operation hours is from 830am - 6pm on weekdays, and for Saturday we operate from 830am-2pm.

You can call in and enquire Ford and Mazda parts with our sales executives. Unfortunately, not everyone in here are able to speak proper english, as our main speaking language is only chinese. But they are able to speak Malay as well.

If you are to enquire parts with us, we neeed you to prepare some info;

1) Car TYPE, for example; FORD LYNX ... FORD ESCAPE... FORD RANGER....MAZDA3

2) Car MODEL or YEAR. For example. FORD LYNX YEAR 95... FORD LASER YEAR 90... MAZDA 626 YEAR 92, FORD RANGER 2003...etc and for MODEL, it is something like BV2P, BW16, GT8P, ST30,SV50, UT2G, WV20...etc. This models are located under the front bonnet of a car.

3) Car 'CC'. For example, FORD LYNX, 1.6 OR 1.8.... FORD ESCAPE 2.0 OR 2.3 OR 3.0...

4) Car PARTS. For example, if you're looking for certain item, make sure the part is exact. Like if you are enquiring an engine mounting, make sure its left or right, front or back. Explain slowly where is d part situated in the engine or car. Different people have different name for the items.

And the engine parts is very confusing as there is many parts in there. Even a small lil nut or bolt could spoil.

We are specialist and authorized dealer. So what makes us better than some of the rest of the spare parts shop is that we have e-catalogue which makes us more knowledgeble about the spare parts location and others. This e-catalogues is supplied by Ford and Mazda themselves.

Almost every items can be made into fake parts. For example, Engine Mounting, Air Filter, Oil Filter, Timing Belt, and other engine parts.

So, becareful on what you purchase. We heard stories that timing belt 'putus' half way that cost the whole engine 'rosak'. So in the end, you will have to pay more than the original parts.
